Forms
This sub-section provides the library of available forms to be included in specific procurement documents and to be used in preparation of applications or proposals. Unless specified, the forms are universal and developed for use in any procurement procedure for any type of contract (Goods, Works, or Services). When selecting the forms for a particular procurement process, clients shall take into account the specifics of the applicable procedure, the nature of the contract, and key technical, financial and eligibility/qualification documentation as recommended in Section II, Data Sheet.
