Contractual Provisions and Guarantees

This sub-section provides options for Section VII Contract Terms and Conditions of the SPD. In accordance the EBRD PPR, internationally recognised standard terms and conditions of contracts shall be used in Bank financed projects.The particular conditions provided in the listed options have been adapted to reflect mandatory provisions required by applicable policies of the Bank, and shall be finalised to take into account the specific nature of the contract and objections of the Project. More details are provided in specific preambles to Section VII of the SPD.
