The EBRD is a unique international financial institution supporting projects across three continents. Investing primarily in private sector clients whose needs cannot be fully met by the market, we promote entrepreneurship and foster transition towards open and sustainable market economies.

International Professionals Programme
We offer high-performing, early career professionals with exceptional academic achievement an opportunity to join the EBRD for two years, with two placements in our London Headquarters plus an international assignment in one of our resident offices.
Internships
We recruit interns on an ongoing basis, to fill a variety of junior roles across many EBRD departments. Whilst we do not operate a formal internship programme as such, the numerous interns working at the EBRD gain valuable experience and insight into the organisation.
