Library of Evaluation Methodologies and Evaluation Reports

The individual files provide the baseline methodology for the evaluation of submitted applications and proposals. The methodology shall be adjusted to reflect the project goals, the nature of the contract, social and economic considerations and relevant contract conditions.

New Evaluation Report templates for all available evaluation methodologies provided in the new SPD 2022 are currently being developed. In the meantime, the evaluation report templates developed for the SPD prior to 2022 remain available for use. Please note that when using these templates following the procurement process with the new SPD 2022, adjustments may be needed to align the reports with the new structure and terminology of procurement document.
